Return Policy – Dos Floritas

As per our e-commerce terms and conditions, below is the procedure for returns or exchanges.

Return Procedure

There is no need to complete any online procedure on the Dos Floritas website.

Simply prepare the package containing the item(s) to be returned and send it to the address below.

You can freely choose the courier (Poste Italiane, UPS, DHL, GLS, Bartolini, etc.). It is essential that the shipment is reliable and tracked.

Shipping Costs

In case of a size exchange or if the item does not meet your preferences, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of errors on our part (wrong size, missing or defective items), shipping costs will be borne by Dos Floritas.

Refund

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued via the payment platform used at the time of purchase.

If you paid cash on delivery, we ask you to include a note with your bank details (IBAN, account holder's name and surname) inside the package to enable the refund.

We also ask you to specify whether you wish for a return or an exchange.

Condition of items to be returned

Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items that are:

worn, used, or altered;

washed, stained, or damaged;

in contact with makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, bodily fluids, or similar substances.

Items received in such conditions will be refused and disposed of or sent back to the customer, with shipping costs charged to the customer. No refund will be issued in such cases.
